Although these forums (bulletin boards) are moderated, it is impossible for us to review all messages or confirm the validity of information posted (what am I, your psychologist?). Hence, we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this site or any entity associated with this site. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this site to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. Although this site does not and cannot review the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we at this site reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless, including but not limited to counsel fees, this site, Freaks of Nurture.com and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). We at this site also reserve the right, and you agree by the posting itself, to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, harassments, and solicitations are inappropriate in this site's forum messages.

IMPORTANT: When posting anecdotes about family members or discussing family interactions, please do not use the real names of family members. These are your impressions and opinions of a family situation and while you may be right on the money the party being discussed has no representation so it is better to use alternate names or general titles such as ‘aunt’, ‘cousin’ or ‘mother’.

By participating in the Freaks of Nurture Forum, including the posting of content and sending of Private Messages, you agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content (including text, links, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information) that:

Is not consistent with the permissible uses outlined by the Terms of Service, including, but not limited to, content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, vulgar, profane, sexually explicit, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise objectionable.
Constitutes advertising or promotion, junk mail, "spamming," chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation, including solicitation of lawsuits. Links that connect to commercial websites will not be considered unauthorized solicitations unless the link or the website content appears to be intended as a means of solicitation as determined by Freaks of Nurture in its sole discretion.
Contains software viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or any other computer code or files that are designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or hardware.
Provides any non-public information about Freaks of Nurture or any other company or person without the proper authorization to do so. This includes providing the names and extension numbers of Freaks of Nurture employees and Forum participants.
Intentionally interferes with the operation of the Forum or with a fellow user's message box, without limitation, mail or "post" bombing, news bombing, other flooding techniques, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks, or attempts to avoid messaging blocking.
Impersonates any person or entity, including a Freaks of Nurture employee.
Attacks or insults another Freaks of Nurture Forum user or Moderator.
Suggests or encourages illegal activity.
